A truly good collection, with some songs that I didn’t yet know. If that sounds like I haven’t heard it before, you spot that right. I didn’t hear it before because it is in a totally s**ty state. The cover has been damaged so much that there is almost nothing left of it. What’s worse, the record itself is so damaged the stylus skips grooves. It has become unplayable because of it.
Needless to say, I listened to this after a thorough cleaning, and on my cheaper player. And even then I was doubting I should. The stylus was ploughing through the groove and I could hear it complain. Yet, at the same time, the music is good, and as I said, at time surprising.
