Vangelis second album under his own name is just like his third: a bootleg. So there is no version on Spotify and just one CD print of this album. I found this in my local library when I was already heavily into Vangelis, and the completist that I am, I wanted it. Much later I bought it on record. I think musically it is bit… challenging, but I do love the front cover.
The image on the cover depicts the spaceship Hooded Swan. It was actually made by Angus McKie for a series of SciFi novels by Brian Stableford. Like the recordings themselves, it was stolen. The recordings come from the same BYG sessions that were the source of The Dragon I wrote about earlier.
