The Wall

Since this is the second instance of the same album, I’m not going to write about the album. I did that already. This record landed into my hands by invitation from a colleague. At one moment I got a message from her, telling me she had seen that around where she lives, someone was offering his whole collection, for nothing. Now I see that many times, but usually it is not good quality. However, because this was coming from a good part of town, I was curious. I made an appointment, and got there as the first customer.

I was greeted by a friendly man, that told me he wanted to get rid of it because he didn’t have the space anymore. Also, he was moving house, so there was not much time. In his own words, his collection was priceless, and clearly the pride of his life, but he still had to get rid of it. For free. One can only admire principles like that.
