Even though I like it when I hear it, I don’t have much music for wind instruments, either in wood or in brass. This is one of them, and when I listen to it it sounds okay, but it very early on turns into a very boring record. Is it me?
I love the sound of a clarinet though, just for classical music, meh. I attended this Greek party once, where I heard a Greek musician playing the clarinet. Now that sounded good. also I once visited a record store where they had a surprise performance of a brass band. Now that sounded good. So maybe I’ve been listening to the wrong records.
