In all other countries this is actually the single for the song Shut up. Maybe in my country we thought that was abusive, so it was just called what it is: a 12 inch. The UK had a 12 inch too, but the Dutch version had one song extra.
Shut up is about a criminal who against all odds is trying to convince people he is not guilty. If like me you’re asking why the song is called Shut up, I don’t know. Originally it was part of the lyrics, but it has been removed. Now they’re no longer part of the song at all.
So in the Netherlands we call it 12 inch.
