The third album of the Dutch band Doe Maar, and the second with singer and bass player Henny Vrienten. I want to mention him specifically, because earlier this year he died. Even though Doe Maar was seen as an overly popular boyband for screaming teenage girls, many years later Henny Vrienten is considered as one of the most talented musicians from the country.
After the end of Doe Maar in 1984, just six years after they started, Henny Vrienten never really stopped making music. In the very same year he already went solo, and he never stopped. He created music for the Dutch version of Sesame Street, scored for films, and wrote for musical.
Personally I think this third album is not as good as Skunk, the second one, but there are some real gems here.
