The third studio album of Emmylou Harris, containing the big country hit Together again, and the second Beatles cover from the 1966 album Revolver (Pieces of the sky had For no one, Elite hotel has Here, there and everywhere). Together with versions of Hank Williams and Gram Parsons this is more proof of what she was capable of in the Seventies.
I bought these three last albums all on one day, in the same shop. I found them in the cheap corner, and they probably came from the same collector. I like it when it is like that. In a weird way, it feels like I’m buying albums that have been stacked together for a long time. It is like they are old friends, and I keep them like that. It is clear that i’m a collector, but I’m not a trader: I cannot let them go once I have them.
