A Japanese dark romantic music project, how on earth did that end up in my collection? Okay, maybe not so surprising, since it wouldn’t be the first of the genre. However, this one landed there by accident. I was looking for a band called Näo, bought this while at the festival and only found out it was not the same when I came home some days later.
I tried to settle with it, but the music is a bit meh. Nao grew up in Tokyo in the 80s, and his music still sounds like that. It has that same sound of financial crisis as most of the music from that age. This record was released in 2015 however. I suppose this is a must listen for lovers of Japanese synth-pop.
The outside of this record feels a bit like rubber. It is really weird.
