A curiosity that was lying around my house. This is a 7 inch single that contains songs sung by children. It looks like this is part of the Schulwerk Orff did with Gunild Keetman. I wrote about that before, because I have the odd recording of that. I don’t have the original sleeve, nor the little booklet that is supposed to accompany it.
Nowadays the Orff Institut is part of the Mozarteum in Salzburg, a university dedicated to the performing arts. It is actually one of three such institutes founded in remembrance of Mozart, who was from the same city. The first of these was founded by Constanze, the widow of the famous composer, in 1841.
