Sometimes it seems to me that bands that didn’t have money years ago now have loaded their pockets. Many are now releasing new shiny remasters of their old successes. For people like me, who never had the chance to buy it in the first release, it is a good development. In this case they’ve added some redness on the cover (no! that is not an accident!), and a really nice and detailed booklets on the inside.
A hype sticker on the outside tells me what I already know: it is on the 1001 Albums before you die list. The article in that book mentions part of the lyrics that I didn’t notice. It is nevertheless emblematic for this band (Laibach, not Queen): If you understand Queen, you understand totalitarianism. What seems innocent pop music, is actually propaganda for a totalitarian system that wants you to be a non thinking subject.
