When I was studying, someone set up a small group of students to sing early music. There was one space with a piano available in the building where we studied, and the organiser was able to play it. I think we were just four of five, and it was nothing fancy. But it was my first experience in creating music, and I had fun doing it.
One of the songs on the repertoire was the fourth song on this record: Pase el agua, ma julieata dama (pass the water, my beautiful lady). I remember it well, but maybe not all of the text. Hearing it here was kind of a blast from the past, bringing back nice memories.
