I was on a vacation with a friend, cycling to Friesland. Since it was a bit windy, as a joke we were singing My friend the wind, very loudly. Good memories. I don’t know what the order was, nor the causality. Did I sing before buying, or did I buy before singing?
It doesn’t matter, that song is not on this record. It just remind of it. Somehow this music does really sound like vacation, even though I’ve never been to Greece. I think I was interested in Demis R because he used to be part of Aphrodites Child, which was a band that also included Vangelis.
