Italian drummer and Italo-pop star Tony Esposito scored a huge hit in the Summer of 1985 with this little earworm. He was already known for Kalimba de luna from the same album. I found this single almost ten years later and was happy. Guilty pleasures we call this.
Around the time I bought this single, disco star Boney M published it in a new Frank Farian (Milli Vanilli!) version. It was not successful.
