Right after the enormous success of Private dancer, Tina Turner accepted the main female part in the film Thunderdome, with Mel Gibson. And she did this, the title song of the movie. I remember I was looking with growing resentment as I saw her climb on top of some metal cage in some post apocalyptic male fantasy. Not my movie.
The song is okay though.
