My love for Emmylou Harris started slowly. With this record. Much later I listened to the more classical albums. Her hair is now white and she is 75, but still singing. She is less activist than Joan Baez, who she admired. Much to my surprise, she comes from a military family.
I remember this record was always good, but somehow it didn’t sound as well anymore. Maybe I’m used to better.
