Okay… for some reason this was considered good enough for a Grammy. A Swiss harpist playing an electronic harp, If found it fascinating! For some reason now it sounds rather empty. I liked his earlier album Caverna Magica better back then, but I see I found that a good six years later. You’re going to have to wait a long time for the story.

This one sounds clear, and nice, but as I said, a bit empty. That usually happens to me with minimalistic music. It is empty and lonely, probably the sounds that related to me at the time.

The Grammy it got in 1987 was the first of its kind, I read. It was a specific one for New Age. I never realised that the genre was big enough to merit its own separate prize. Has anyone heard of it before?
