The last part in a series, this is a collection of Gregorian songs from the later Middle Ages in Hungary. They are exceptionally well recorded and performed, and I must admit, different from other Gregorian works that I have. A worthy addition to my already sizeable collection of liturgical works.
It is also nice to hear a choir of mostly women. Most liturgical works are sung by men, so it is nice to hear something else. The inlay that is included with this record feels a bit weird: as if it is not made of paper, but of some strange kind of metal. A strange choice I think.
