Around 1985 I was a big fan of the Robin of Sherwood series on TV. The title song of that series was from a band called Clannad. Their sister and niece Enya was already known to me, she was part of the band until 1982. I already wrote about In a lifetime, a duet with Bono that is part of this album.
The song from the TV series didn’t feature on this album. Clannad had made a separate album called Legend for that. The title song for the third season however is on this album, so I suppose they had become the house band of the series.
